What is a Virtual Office?

A virtual office offers you, via your PC, all the traditional technical capabilities of an office without your having to be in an office or even to own an office. With Nuage, this means access to your email and files anywhere, in a secure environment. You also don't need to be connected to the internet to work with emails and files - a unique Nuage feature.

What happens if I don't have a network connection?

At Nuage we understand that not everyone has access to high-speed internet. With our approach to IT you can work on-line and off-line seamlessly without loss of data or ability to be productive. There are, of course, a number of IT products that you could not use without an internet connection but Nuage will work with you to tailor a solution to your specific needs.

Why do you use Outlook/Exchange mail and not Google mail?

We opted for Outlook/Exchange because it offers over 10 years of development tested on real users and supports both on-line and off-line working; one of the goals of Nuage is to ensure you can keep working even when you are off-line – i.e. not connected to the internet.

How secure is my data with Nuage?

We can also offer very sophisticated security features for those businesses that require special forms of encryption for files or email.
